Innerwork is a psychotherapy and wellness practice based in Oberlin, OH, dedicated to helping young adults, college students, and individuals seeking greater health, emotional balance, and meaningful connection. We support you in cultivating a deeper relationship with your authentic self—fostering calm, resilience, and open-hearted living.

Our work together may address mood concerns, self-esteem, relationships, substance use, chronic health issues, college transitions, and career or life direction. For those navigating fatigue, stress, or health-related challenges, nutrition support and mind-body integration are also available to help restore balance and vitality from the inside out.

Our approach is collaborative and transparent, blending evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, and depth-oriented brief therapy within a humanistic, solution-focused framework. Sessions are paced to your needs, emphasizing practical growth and genuine self-understanding.

We offer flexible hybrid options—in-person, telehealth, phone, or outdoor sessions (weather permitting)—as well as LPCC-S supervision for LPCs and graduate trainees. For clients wanting weekly sessions, 75% are in-person, 25% are remote.

“As far as we can discern, the sole purpose of human existence is to kindle a light in the darkness of mere being.”
